3. Notice to the fifth respondent, returnable by 28.07.2023.

4. Post the matter on 28.07.2023.

5. It is asserted by the petitioner that the impugned order withdrawing the cheque signing power of the petitioner has been passed by the first respondent without hearing the petitioner. In view of violation of natural justice principles in passing the order, this Court is inclined to grant interim stay of the impugned order till then.
