When the matter was listed on 14.06.2023, it was reported by the learned representing counsel for the petitioner that Mr.T.Velumani, counsel for the petitioner died and Change of Vakalath for has been filed. However, to that effect, no memo has been filed and hence this matter was directed to be listed on 15.06.2023 under the caption " for dismissal".

2. Today, none appeared for the petitioner. A perusal of the records show that neither Change of vakalath nor memo has been filed for the petitioner.
