POONGAVANAM Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 19.03.2019 passed in A.s.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) Villupuram reversing the judgment and decree dated 18.08.2017 passed in O.S.No.13 of 2013 on the file of the I st Additional Subordinate Court, Villupuram (in CMP.No.21860/2019) pending disposal of the above Second Appeal No.1015/2019.
