ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter Minor.S.Yoghashankarry, aged 3 1/2 years before this Court from the custody of the respondents 3 and 4 and to hand over her to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he got married to Senthamizhselvi on 25.10.2015 and they were blessed with a girl child, S.Yoghashankarry on 10.06.2017. His wife Senthamizhselvi died due to Cancer on 23.04.2020 in JIPMER, Puducherry and after which, her parents are retaining the child illegally.

3. Today, Ms.R.Uthrammal, Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Cuddalore and Ms.A.Saranya, Constable, All Women Police Station, Cuddalore are present.

4. Respondents 3 and 4, who are the grand parents of S.Yoghashankarry produced the child and the child was handed over to the petitioner in the open Court.

5. Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
