This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 25.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17469 of 2022 that the petitioners shall stay Ariyalur and report before the Ariyalur Town Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
