ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 5th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 16.05.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for disconnection of the service connection that has been provided to the 6th respondent on the ground that the 6th respondent has obtained illegal service connection.

3/6 2.Heard Mr.P.Sam Japa Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5.

3.The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the subject property by virtue of the registered Sale Deed dated 22.12.1998 registered as Document No.5694 of 1998. The further case of the petitioner is that the private respondent has illegally encroached upon the property belonging to the petitioner and managed to get a service connection in his name. The petitioner made a representation before the 5th respondent seeking for disconnection of the service connection given to the 6th respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on

4/6 16.05.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 6th respondent and take a decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
