O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to pass final order, based on the enquiry conducted vide Na.Ka.No.3040/2018/A2 dated 22.06.2022, after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that pending writ petition, the fourth respondent has passed the final order on Pg.Nos.2/5

25.09.2023 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The learned Special Government Pleader also filed a copy of the final order dated 25.09.2023 to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appellate authority, if he aggrieved with the order of the fourth respondent dated 25.09.2023. There shall be no order as to costs.
