This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in para No.8(b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders by this court in Crl.OP.No.11453 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner is a pregnant lady undergoing medical treatment and 2nd petitioner is her mother who attends to her care and well being and also suffering from heart disease.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have not complied the conditions even for a single day.

Considering the submissions made on either side and fact that the 1st petitioner is a pregnant lady and 2nd petitioner is her mother, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
