Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the suspension order issued by the first respondent vide university order No.696/2016 (C2-4) dated 11.07.2016 to the petitioner and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in his service within a stipulated time.

ORDER

The writ petition has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on the basis of the letter dated 14.11.2017 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.No.21662 of 2016 is also dismissed.
