Comp.A.Nos.386 of 2023 & 87 of 2024 in Ç.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J Pursuant to an auction in respect of the properties constituting the Maxworth Kallupuli Project, the highest bid of Rs.1,54,00,000/- was submitted by Carmel Spices Private Limited. After obtaining an extension of time, the successful bidder remitted the total sale consideration of Rs.1,54,00,000/-. The Official Liquidator confirms receipt of the said amount. As regards the relevant immovable asset, no third party claims have been made.

2. In these circumstances, the sale in favour of Carmel Spices Private Limited is confirmed and the Official Liquidator is directed to execute a sale certificate in favour of the said entity within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Comp.A.Nos.386 of 2023 & 87 of 2024 are disposed of without any oder as to costs.
