ORDER
Today (30.07.2025), pursuant to the order of this Court on 04.07.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had handed over the demand draft dated 25.07.2025 for a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- to the defacoto complainant and she seeks further three weeks time to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,80,000/- .
2. On her request, post the matter on 19.08.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the Intervenor/defacto complainant also undertakes that after receipt of the balance amount of Rs.1,80,000/-, the entire issue would be resolved.
