2. This Court, already by an order dated 30.07.2025 ordered on payment of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Eighty Thousand only) for a period of three weeks from 30.07.2025. But, till today (22.09.2025), no amount has been paid by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only).

3. Hence, I am not inclined to continue the interim protection already granted by this Court by an order dated 04.07.2025.
