ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) This is a petition seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed under suspension order dated 18.03.2024.

2. When the matter had come up for hearing on 23.06.2026, we had passed the following order:- "Mr.M.M.I.Khaleel, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) accepts notice for the respondent and states, on instructions, that there is compliance from 21.07.2025.

2. However, since the order granting him bail is from 18.03.2024, let instructions be obtained for the entirety of the period and reported before the Court.

3. List on 02.07.2026."

3. Today, Mr.Amarnath, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) confirms that the convict has been appearing regularly from 25.03.2024 and has complied with all conditions.

4. Hence the condition relating to weekly appearance is relaxed and stands modified to read that 'the petitioner shall appear on the first working day of every Month before the trial Court or in the alternate shall make arrangements to file application under Section 317 Cr PC and appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date on which he was absent'.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
