This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1917 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Vedaranyam and report before the Inspector of Police, Vedaranyam Town Police Station, Vedaranyam daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1917 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Vedaranyam and report before the Inspector of Police, Vedaranyam Town Police Station, Vedaranyam daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
