2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu once a week at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, is relaxed.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
