ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the Final Report in Crime No.110 of 2025 dated 08.11.2025 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch (CCB), Avadi City.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said Crime No.110 of 2025 on 08.11.2025, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the petitioner / defacto complainant. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 16-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order JER
