ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent herein to consider and pass reasoned order in Petitioners Application No. PPA/WDCN08/01271/2024 dated 12.02.2024, expeditiously and within a time frame.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted an application for planning permission before the third respondent. However, it is pending without any consideration. Even according to the petitioner, the fourth respondent is objecting the application submitted by the petitioner seeking planning permission for his premises.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, conduct enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall

be no order as to costs.
