ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to co-operate with the Court bailiff to execute the warrant issued in EP.No.32 of 2011 in HRCOP No.22 of 2011 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court at Puducherry, based on the Petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2019. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that

the representation of the Petition has been disposed of and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
