Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to sit for the examination for the academic year 2012-2013, particularly the 6th semester of 3rd year as well as examination being conducted for the arrear papers commenced from 13.05.2013 or any such other future dates and direct the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner after evaluating the same.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to sit for the examination for the academic year 2012-2013, particularly the 6th semester of 3rd year examination commenced from 13.05.2013.

2. This Court, at the time of entertaining this writ petition, has not granted any interim order. Now, we are in the year of 2017. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, in view of the relief sought for in this writ petition, which is, in respect of the academic year 20122013.

3. Thus, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
