This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent to file the final report in the Crime No.219 of 2024 which is pending on the file of the respondent herein.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.219 of 2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
