ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in the crime No.4051 of 2020 which is pending on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though based on the complaint, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.4051 of 2020 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 447, 341, 323, 324,506(2) IPC and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992, final report, in this case, is yet to be filed. 3.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, investigation almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of three months. 4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
