ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 25.04.2025 and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service in the respondent corporation. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended vide proceedings dated 25.04.2025, on the false charge of MRP violation. He would further submit that the petitioner was on leave on the date of alleged delinquency. Hence prays to interfere with the order of suspension.

Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondent TASMAC would submit that only upon the delinquency of the petitioner, the contemplation of enquiry was suspended. Therefore, there is no ground to interfere with the same.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner seeks liberty to give representation to the respondent.

In such view of the matter, though this Court do no find any merits or public interest involved to interfere with the suspension dated 25.04.2025, would like to grant liberty to the petitioner to give representation to the respondent.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to submit a representation to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
