This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action against the fourth and fifth respondents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2023. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.07.2023, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
