This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the First Information Report on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.423 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and the same is under investigation.
