[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu Venkatesan s/o.Chennarayan, aged 40 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenu Venkatesan was secured by the second respondent and handed over https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the Anadhanapatti Police Station and remanded at Central Prison, Salem on 30.09.2021.
