Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2020 and issue Patta to the land bearing S.No.29/1, situated at No.3, Sadaiyankuppam Village, Puzhal, Tiruvallur District.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 23.02.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has fixed a date for enquiry on 24.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
