(c) the petitioner, on his release from prison, shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Old Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.17128 of 2020 by order dated 03.11.2020.

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to stay at Cuddalore and report before the Old Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.17128 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17128 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
