Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 3, 4 and 5 to immediately rectify the revenue records and correct the Patta No. 57 to accurately reflect the rightful ownership of the property in favour of the petitioner Mrs.O.Lingammal, which is wrongfully mutated in the name of Mrs.Devaki which should be annulled and the records be amended to reflect the true and lawful ownership, thereby safeguarding the rights and interests of the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the Respondents 3, 4 and 5 to immediately rectify the revenue records and correct the Patta No. 57 to accurately reflect the rightful ownership of the property in favour of the petitioner Mrs.O.Lingammal, which is wrongfully mutated in the name of Mrs.Devaki which should be annulled 2/4

and the records be amended to reflect the true and lawful ownership, thereby safeguarding the rights and interests of the petitioner. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
