ORDER

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to revoke the suspension order of the petitioner by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.03.2019.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Office Assistant in the 3rd respondent School on 22.08.2008 on compassionate ground. During the course of his service, a false case was registered against the petitioner alleging that he involved in the offence of creating forged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

8th Standard mark sheet to obtain Driving Licence in the R.T.O. Office for three persons. Based on the complaint forwarded by the R.T.O., he was placed under suspension on 10.03.2016. After his suspension, the petitioner was not paid any subsistence allowance. Hence, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue directions to the 1st respondent to consider the request of the petitioner dated 27.03.2019 and pass orders.

4.Mr.C. Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents conceded to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 27.03.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
