ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14720 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, directing him to report before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has complied with the conditions till 13.11.2020 and thereafter he did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, the petition for modification stands dismissed for the present. The petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions regularly in Crl.O.P.No.14720 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020.
