O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on them, i.e., they shall report before the Inspector of Police, Uthiyur Police Station, Tiruppur District every Monday at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.O.P.No.15743 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15743 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
