This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13213 of 2023 on 14.06.2023 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of police, North Beach Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
