This petition is filed by the appellant/assessee seeking to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr. G. Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned standing counsel who takes notice for the respondent.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
