COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to issue directions to the respondent police to complete the investigations in Crime Nos.538 & 531 of 2015 respectively, pending on its file and to file Final Reports before the jurisdictional Court within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

Government Advocate (Crl. Side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to issue directions to the respondent police to complete the investigations in Crime Nos.531 & 538 of 2015 respectively, pending on its file and to file Final Reports before the jurisdictional Court within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered the cases in the above said crime numbers, no final reports are filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file final reports, within a period of two months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file final reports or closure reports, as the cases may be, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.
