This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to conduct further investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.79 of 2025 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi on 17.06.2025.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi is directed to take the charge sheet on file, if it otherwise in order. The petitioner is directed to approach the learned Magistrate, after filing of the final report by the respondent-Police, if he is aggrieved with the same.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is

disposed of.
