(Crime No.791 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition in Para No.6(b) to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent at 10.30 A.M., every day until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17580 of 2020, order dated 09.11.2020.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17580 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020, directing him to report before the respondent Police Station everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.
2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only on 01.12.2020 and thereafter he did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, the petition for modification stands dismissed for the present. The petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions regularly in Crl.O.P.No.17580 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020.
