This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest, in Crime No.105 of 2020, registered by the CSCID, Trichy Unit. Since Trichy District comes under the jurisdiction Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, this petition is not maintainable before this Court. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition, with a liberty to file appropriate petition before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.

2.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
