ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the second respondent in No.Ka.Ku.No.612/7612/D7/Tha.Na.A.Po.Ka /2015 dated 16.10.2015 in respect of the charge memo and the proceedings of the second respondent in No.Ka.Ku.No.612/7612/D7/ Tha.Na.A.Po.Ka/2015 dated 18.11.2015 in respect of the punishment imposed upon the petitioner and to quash the same.

2.Mr.Paramasivadass, learned counsel, takes notice for the second respondent.
3.After some elaborate arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the counsel for the second respondent that apart from the alleged charge, there are other charges pending against the petitioner and therefore, they intend to have a consolidated enquiry of the alleged charge and the pending charges.
4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry proceedings and the respondents shall complete the enquiry proceedings and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
