ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to pay the petitioner of his pay for his service for the period from 15.11.2017 to 23.09.2020, at the prescribed scale of pay as per the Regulations of the 1st respondent, at Rs.67000-79000/- with other monetary benefits as accrued to him, on the basis of his representation, dated 17.02.2023 made to the 3rd respondent.
2.Heard Mrs.Elizabeth Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Babu Manohar, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that he was appointed as Professor in the 3rd respondent college on 10.11.2017, thereafter, he was promoted to the post of Principal in the same college on 05.06.2018, however, he has not been paid for his service for the period from Page No.2 of 4
15.11.2017 to 23.09.2020, at the prescribed scale of pay as per the Regulations of the 1st respondent. The petitioner, in this regard, has given representation, dated 17.02.2023 to the 3rd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, seeks direction of this Court to consider the representation.
4.Considering the limited relief as sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
