ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the F.I.R in Crime No.702 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent would submit that already, the investigation is completed and a Final Report is being filed closing the case as mistake of fact.

3. Recording the same, directing the respondent Police to file the Final Report as early as possible and the Trial Court to apply its mind and record the same in the manner known to law, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
