ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 5th respondent herein to issue 11th Standard pass certificate to HIMAJHA for the academic year 2022-2023 pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner dated 08.07.2024.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, his daughter completed 11th standard in the 5th respondent school in the month of June 2023 and during her studies, the teachers of the 5th respondent school had illPage No.2 of 6
treated her, due to which, she decided not to go to the 5th respondent school thereafter. Thereby, approached the 5th respondent school on various occasions for issuance of 11th standard pass certificate and transfer certificate, however, the 5th respondent has not issued the same. Therefore, he sent a detailed representation to the respondents dated 08.07.2024. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this court.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 5th respondent to issue 11th standard pass certificate to HIMAJHA for the academic year 2022 - 2023 pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner dated 08.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this court.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 5th respondent to issue transfer certificate to the petitioner's daughter stating that she has completed 11th standard by considering the Page No.3 of 6
representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the 5th respondent is also directed to return all the original certificates submitted by the petitioner's daughter at the time of her admission in their school, enabling her to complete the higher secondary education privately.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
