The petition for recall PW.1 was allowed by this Court on 29.02.2024. The condition is that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.50,000/- in S.T.C.No.147 of 2018 on or before 21.03.2024 and posted the matter for orders on 21.03.2024. The petitioner had not complied the said condition and sought for extension of time.

The said petition came up for consideration before this Court on 23.07.2024. The petitioner's counsel had come forward to deposit Rs.50,000/- ordered by this Court as costs for extension of time. Accordingly, today he produced the demand draft for Rs.60,000/- drawn on 26.07.2024.

In the light of the above submissions, extension of time is granted and the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Deposit the demand draft in the account of S.T.C.No.147 of 2018 forthwith and avail the right of recalling PW.1 for cross examination.
