This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 125 of 2015 on the file of the respondent to some other Agency or to the competent Agency investigate the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On a reading of the FIR in Crime No. 125 of 2015, it is seen that it is a chain snatching case against unknown accused. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to transfer the case. But, however, this Courts directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police, in charge of R-3 Ashok Nagar Police Station, to monitor the investigation in R-3 Ashok Nagar Police Station Crime No.125 of 2015 and take steps to nab the accused at the earliest and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
