This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct investigation and file a final report in Crime No.16 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, no time bound order to complete the investigation can be passed. However, the respondent police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously.
