ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with a case in Crime No.24 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable u/s 417, 420, 465, 468, 471, 473, 476 and 506(i) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not at all been arrayed as accused in the case and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
