Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the layout in principle approval vide Na.Ka. No. 340 of 2018 dated 20.06.2018, Consequential Letter dated 20.04.2023 passed by the third respondent vide Na.Ka. No.694/ 2023/Vi. Ma2 and the letter

dated 18.03.2024 vide Na.ka. No.654/ 2023/ Vima2 given by the third respondent and quash the same in so far it prevents the petitioner from entering into his plot No.25 and unnumbered plot (Adjacent to Plot No.28A and 51A) situated at Valliammai Nagar, in Survey No.127/2, Thiruchitrambalam Village, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District and direct the first respondent to form a passage to enter into his property. ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner at length, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum as against the fourth respondent in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
