ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to pass an order, permitting the petitioner/1st respondent Corporation, to withdraw the amount of Rs.15,36,570/- lying in the credit of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.506 of 2010 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court.

2. Heard Mr.Adarsh Subramanian for M/s.Sarvabhauman and Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Vignesh Venkatachalam, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing on either side, in unison, would submit that after the disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the parties have arrived at a settlement among themselves and it has been agreed that the amount lying in deposit with this Court would be payable to the applicant herein.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and also taking into consideration that the statement made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the civil miscellaneous petition in CMP.No.18617 of 2024 in CMA.No.506 of 2010 is ordered as prayed for.

18.07.2025 kak Note: Registry shall do the needful within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
