The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.23869 of 2019 has been complied with and the petitioner's name has been removed from the history sheet.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
