(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Pavithra aged 24 years. The 3rd respondent

is her husband. According to the petitioner, Mrs.Pavithra was living separately from the S.NAGAMUTHU J., AND V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.

kua 3rd respondent and was found missing from 15.06.2016.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up, the detenue was produced by the police. She told us that she was all along living on her own wish in a temple and now she wants to go back and live with her sister. She further told that she is not at all detained by anybody illegally. The said statement is recorded.
