Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District Sessions Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.12650 of 2019 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in Crime No.1 of 2019 into furnish title deed for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in Crime No.1 of 2019.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, while granting bail to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed by the Court below is onerous and the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the said condition. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner will deposit the title deeds.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and on going through the bail order passed by the Court below, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the condition imposed by the Court below.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
